Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order ships, we are unable to make any changes. If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us at info@toatyco.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Our customer service team is available Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm CST and Friday 9am-3pm CST, and we are closed on holidays.
When will my order ship?
If we receive your order during business hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST), we will start processing immediately. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day.We are working to expand our warehouse staff to process orders as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience!
What is your return policy?
Our primary goal is to provide quality products that you will love to use for years to come while reducing consumer waste as much as possible. However, we understand that not everything goes as planned, so we are able to accept new condition/unused product returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less the cost of return shipping. Our products go through rigorous quality checks prior to shipment, but if you believe you have received a defective item, please email us as soon as possible at info@totayco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a few clear photos. We reserve the right to deny defect claims for general wear and tear or claims made well after delivery of a product.
